1. Shipping

Shipping is FREE for domestic orders (Switzerland) above 100 CHF.

International shipping fee is 20 CHF or equivalent in your currency according to the exchange rate.

Domestic orders (Switzerland) take 3-5 business days.

International orders take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Swiss Post is used for all orders and your tracking number will be sent via email.

Signed delivery service is also available. We do not take responsibility for lost items.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges, except when items are damaged or the wrong item is delivered.
If the wrong item arrives or if the item arrives damaged, please inform us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please include photos and a brief explanation.
3. Duties and Taxes

Please contact your local customs office for additional government duties and fees.

We do not take responsibility for packages which fail to clear customs or if customs duties are not paid.

All related fees such as the original shipping fee, duties and taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Pearl Care Guide

Growth marks on freshwater pearls are natural blemishes, such as dimples, bumps, or scratches, that form during the pearl's development and indicate its organic nature.

Pearls experience natural bio mineralisation, and their development is a complex process, making it nearly impossible for them to be perfectly smooth.

These imperfections are normal for real pearls. Therefore, no returns or exchanges are accepted for these reasons.

Do not wear pearls in the pool, ocean or sauna. (Do not submerge pearls in water)

Keep away from perfume, cosmetics, hair spray and sweat.

Wipe pearls gently with a soft fabric after each wear.

Store properly inside its provided pouch.
